Sometimes, the little puffin island of Lundy looks like a haven of sunshine and calm - bobbing on the horizon from Westward Ho! beach. This is a one of a kind oil on monotype painting - a process found in the portfolios of Degas and William Blake, a single impression is taken from an un-makred thinly inked plate, drawn into to create the image, printed with an etching press then oil paint glazes are added to enhance the image and add colours.
