Cool Blue Girl is a beautiful calm figure. For some reason she didn't seem to need a head, maybe because the colours and glazes on the torso are so lovely in themselves. As she is open at the top she could be used as a planter, or even a vase, using a plastic bottle inside. She is fired to stoneware, and fired five times to get the texture and the tones just right! In fact, the final firing was to change the internal colour to a sea-blue shade. Like my other larger figures, Cool Blue Girl is coiled as a hollow form, and works as well in the garden as indoors. She is not too heavy to lift, so you can change your mind about where she looks best!

With the exception of any Commissions or other Made to Order Artwork, once you have received your artwork there is a period of 14 days in which you may change your mind about the purchase and notify ArtMakers in writing by email to admin@artmakers.uk that you wish to return the work and claim a refund. See also FAQ’s and ArtMakers’ Buyer Terms and Conditions Paragraphs 9-12.
You then have a further 14 days in which to return the work to the artist unused, in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging.
Full Refunds are dependent on returned Artwork being received in the same condition as it was sent. See FAQ’s and ArtMakers’ Buyer Terms and Conditions Paragraphs 9-12 for more details.
All Returns and refunds are determined in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013 and with and our Buyer Terms and Conditions Paragraphs 9-12
A: In the UK we expect all work to be delivered within 7-10 days. In most cases it is considerably less than this. Please use our website message system to contact the artist or maker if you have a specific delivery request. Delivery times outside the UK, will depend on the method of delivery and any customs issues.
A: You have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase and notify ArtMakers in writing by sending an email to us at admin@artmakers.uk to say that you wish to return your artwork. You then have a further 14 days to send the artwork back to the artist (See also the note under Returns above and ArtMakers’ Buyer Terms and Conditions Paragraphs 9-12
A: In most circumstances, you the Buyer would be responsible for paying any return shipping.
A: Please photograph any damage to packaging and/or artwork and send to ArtMakers at admin@artmakers.uk explaining the problem. A senior member of the team will then contact you to agree the next steps.
