Description A painting inspired by the symbols we see everyday. The colours I mixed for this were subtler than my usual palette, denoting the clinical nature of modern digital design - which is no bad thing either. I’ve been playing around with the main shapes I use in my paintings recently and this circle (or sphere) on black for me represents the world (the modern world, filled with modern digital technology) in space, though it is open to interpretation. Acrylic on cradled wooden panel.
