Hilary Marshall

Hilary draws inspiration from the contrasting patterns and forms to be found in the built and natural world.  Using photography and sketch to capture those elements of inspiration, she then translates those images into mixed media collages and constructions, using predominantly upcycled fabrics, paint and stitch. 

Hilary has exhibited on a number of occasions over the years and is now studying for a Textiles degree with the Open College of the Arts.
